About the Role
Join our innovative team at Set In Stone, located at the heart of the Cyber Campus at La Défense, France. We are expanding our team with a dedicated Software Engineer to develop our cutting-edge SaaS products for the Web3 ecosystem. This role is pivotal in advancing blockchain application protection, making it accessible and automated for all.
Responsibilities
- Feature Development: Work on adding new features and improving existing ones based on user feedback and market requirements.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and improve the performance of existing applications to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Agile Methodology: Participate actively in Agile sprints, contributing to planning, code reviews, and retrospectives to enhance development processes.
- Testing: Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure the reliability and performance of applications.
- Code Review: Engage in code reviews to maintain code quality, readability, and efficiency.
Technical Stack
- Programming Languages: Proficient in TypeScript, JavaScript, Rust, Python, Solidity, and Vyper.
- Technology: Experience with Angular, React, Vue frameworks, and Node.js.
- Databases: Skilled in using MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
Qualifications
- Education: Degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on programming languages such as JavaScript, Rust, or Python.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills to analyze and solve complex technical issues.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Additional Qualities
- Blockchain Interest: Keen interest in blockchain and Web3 technologies, demonstrated by participation in hackathons or mastery of a smart contract programming language.
- Proactivity: Initiative to suggest continuous improvements.
