About the Role

Join STATION F, the world's largest startup campus, as a Tech Alternant - Working Student. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about software engineering and eager to tackle the challenges of full-stack engineering at scale. Located in the vibrant city of Paris, you will be part of a dynamic team that builds innovative applications to optimize software license and access management for organizations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the development team to design and implement backend services and APIs.
Contribute to the development of full-stack applications, from building REST APIs to user interface design.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and reliability.
Work on both frontend and backend components to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software.
Deploy new product iterations to over 1500 users across 20+ companies, taking on significant responsibility early in your role.

Preferred Experience

Proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, TypeScript, or Python.
Experience with web development frameworks and libraries (e.g., Express, Django, Fastify).
Understanding of RESTful API design principles.
Knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and data modeling.
Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern frameworks (React, Next).
Version control using Git.

Able to work with a high level of autonomy.
Professional proficiency in English; French is a plus as the team interacts in both languages.

Recruitment Process

The recruitment process includes the possibility of continuing on the team part-time as a working student or full-time employee after the internship. Remote work is also a possibility, although the team loves working together in Paris.
