About the Role
Bloomflow is looking for a Senior Fullstack Lead Developer to join our dynamic technical team in Paris. This role involves leading the development and architecture of new functionalities for our B2B SaaS platform, ensuring high-quality code and performance across the team.
Responsibilities
- Lead Development: Architect and develop new functionalities with your team lead and squad for our B2B SaaS platform.
- Code Quality Oversight: Own the code quality of your squad, ensuring high performance and sustainability of features.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other Dev Squads to maintain a unified codebase and tackle complex problems.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to other developers in your squad.
- Technological Innovation: Conduct technological watch and bring expertise in web development trends to the Tech Team.

- Backend: NodeJS (Loopback), ElasticSearch, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
- Frontend: Angular 2+
- AI Stack: OpenAI API, Azure AI, AWS Bedrock

Preferred Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in web development.
- Strong experience with B2B and/or B2C SaaS platforms.
- Proficient in NodeJS and Angular.
- Fluent in French and English.

- Final interview with the CTO.
