About the Role
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at MoonPay, you will be responsible for architecting and developing new and existing products and features. You will work closely with Product Managers to devise the best solutions and implementation plans for new or modified features. Collaboration with other product teams is essential to deliver and improve customer-facing features. You will also integrate and work closely with external service providers to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop new and existing products and features.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and other teams to come up with the best solutions.
- Contribute to the estimations, planning, and execution of projects, features, and integrations.
- Maintain and improve the existing codebase.
- Write fully tested, high-quality, and performant code.
What You Will Need
- Extensive backend engineering experience, preferably in the payments industry.
- Proficiency in our tech stack (TypeScript, Node.js, React, NextJS, GCP, etc.) or ability to quickly learn.
- Deep understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and best practices.
- Experience with cloud-native environments like Google Cloud or AWS.
