Titan is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our cutting-edge financial technology platform that serves tens of thousands of clients. About the Role
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will:
- Work across the entire stack, from our award-winning mobile app (built with React Native) to our backend systems (using Node.js) and databases (MongoDB).
- Collaborate closely with the CTO and senior engineering team to ensure the stability, scalability, and security of our systems.
- Engage with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and customer experience, to deliver innovative and delightful user experiences.
- Lead and mentor other team members, sharing best practices in architecture, security, and design.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions across the stack.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
What We’re Looking For
- Over 5 years of experience in building applications using JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Strong experience with front-end and back-end development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with subject matter experts.
- Strong sense of responsibility and integrity, acting in the best interests of our clients.
- Passion for continuous learning and improvement.
