Overview
abra R&D Solutions, formerly known as Devalore, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Team Lead to drive innovation in our cloud-based communication solutions team. This role is based in Center, Indiana, and offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic group of developers working on cutting-edge products.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 9 developers across two product lines.
- Oversee the integration of 3 new developers, implementing a buddy system.
- Collaborate directly with senior management during the team's growth phase.
- Drive architectural decisions and implement best practices.
- Ensure smooth communication between development teams and other departments.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables in an Agile environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Full Stack development experience, focusing on front-end technologies.
- 2+ years of experience leading a team of 5-6 developers.
- Expertise in React and Java.
- Strong experience with cloud technologies, especially GCP.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD processes and deployment strategies.
- Experience working in Agile methodologies, including 2-week sprint management.
- Basic understanding of DevOps principles.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
