Join Our Team as a Fullstack Tech Lead
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Tech Lead to join our Partner Expansion Team in Portugal. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining the acquisition and onboarding processes for new partners within the Wellhub ecosystem. You will be responsible for developing user-friendly, data-driven products that enhance our network growth and contribute significantly to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of features with a focus on optimizing performance, scalability, and stability.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise in architecture and design processes, addressing complex technical challenges and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Fullstack Development: Work across different stacks including Front-End (React with Typescript), Back-End (Spring with Kotlin), and Salesforce (Apex, LWC, and Aura).
- Technical Debt Management: Identify and address technical debt, proactively managing the engineering backlog.
- Agile Environment: Operate in an agile development environment, rapidly prototyping and iterating on solutions to deliver value quickly.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of developers located in Brazil and Portugal, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and success.
Who You Are
- Proven experience leading a software engineering team.
- Extensive experience as a full stack engineer, with expertise in both front end and back end stacks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical ideas clearly in English.
- Experience working in Agile environments, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Passion for new technologies and a track record of solving complex technical problems.
- Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to think creatively and take ownership of projects.
