Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Lead Bank as a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer. In this role, you will have technical ownership of various banking services and internal applications, influencing good coding practices among your peers. You will be responsible for researching, designing, coding, reviewing, testing, fixing, deploying, and maintaining services and code in AWS production environments.
Responsibilities
- Take technical ownership of banking services and internal applications.
- Influence and promote good coding practices among peers.
- Research, design, code, review, test, fix, deploy, and maintain services and code in AWS production environments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align stakeholders on goals and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain a high-quality code base, consistently delivering challenging, stable, and maintainable projects on schedule.
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of production experience with a strong command of multiple languages, including TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, and/or Go for backend development.
- Passion for building scalable and performant RESTful APIs and web applications.
- Experience with AWS technologies and services.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to prioritize well and navigate ambiguous problem domains.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the fintech industry is a plus.
- Ability to perform in a fluid environment with high autonomy.

Salary Range
- Zone 1: $155,000 - $215,000 (SF/Bay Area, NYC, Seattle, LA)
- Zone 2: $145,080 - $200,000 (Austin, Boston, Chicago, Denver, San Diego, DC)
- Zone 3: $135,000 - $186,560 (Other US Metros)
