Job Purpose and Overview
Join Appfire as a Technical Engineering Leader and lead a team of 7 outstanding full-stack engineers. You will be responsible for developing products in the ITSM field for Atlassian and monday.com ecosystems. Your role will have a major impact on the products' short- and long-term roadmap, technical decisions, career development of team members, and work priorities.
What You Will Do
- Lead a team of experienced professionals in delivering the greatest customer value.
- Manage developers' growth, including mentoring, performance, and salary reviews.
- Collaborate with Product Manager, UX Designers, and Marketing to shape the product’s future.
- Engage in hands-on software development using technologies like Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Vue.js, React, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Ensure product quality, code standards, and Agile practices.
- Introduce best coding practices and support the team in implementing new product features.
- Take ownership of technical improvements, including refactoring and minimizing technical debt.
What We Would Like to See
- Proven record (5+ years) of delivering complex software development projects or products.
- Strong experience in leading (2+ years) development teams using Agile principles.
- Up-to-date knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks and back-end platforms.
- Strong understanding of web applications, including performance, quality, and security aspects.
- Good understanding of modern Cloud architectures, with practical experience in GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Fluent English, both verbally and in writing.
- Good grasp of SQL and relational databases or BigQuery is a plus.

- Salary Ranges: 25,150 - 34,390 PLN gross/month on Contract of employment.
