Enabi is a small but rapidly growing SaaS company that develops and sells sales support solutions for manufacturing companies using the Monitor ERP system. Our product offers customers smoother sales flows, better oversight, and reports for follow-up and analysis. Integrated with the Monitor ERP System, Enabi has seen a flying start with high demand from customers. To ensure our product continues to develop qualitatively and our development team can deliver on company goals, we are now seeking a Tech Lead.
About the Role
As a Tech Lead at Enabi, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our development department. Your two main responsibilities will be to create a systematic, well-functioning workflow for the development team and to build and lead a team of skilled developers, all working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement efficient development processes.
- Lead and coordinate a remote development team.
- Engage in code reviews and ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development goals with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in programming user interfaces with React.
- At least 2 years of experience leading or coordinating a development team.
- Strong understanding of web development and the entire development process, including testing, release management, and code review.
- Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
