Job Overview
Intel Performance Libraries Infrastructure team is seeking a seasoned Senior Infrastructure and DevOps Engineer to enhance our product development processes. This role involves designing and deploying automation solutions for continuous testing of performance libraries, managing hardware and software systems for project development, and ensuring smooth product releases.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation solutions for continuous testing.
- Manage the setup, maintenance, and operation of development systems.
- Collaborate with development and quality teams to understand infrastructure needs.
- Develop and test tools that meet these needs while adhering to Intel's IT guidelines.
- Oversee the delivery process from managing source code to release staging and disaster recovery planning.
- Implement monitoring systems and AI-based enhancements to improve pipeline efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science.
- At least 2 years of relevant DevOps experience.
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and scripting languages like Bash and PowerShell.
- Advanced knowledge of Python, Linux, and Windows administration.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to AI and knowledge of MLOps.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, OpenStack).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Experience with configuration/infrastructure automation management tools (Ansible, Salt Stack, Chef, Puppet).
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, Zabbix).
