Job Overview
As an AI Software Validation Engineer at Intel, you will be part of the Internet of Things Group (IOTG), a team dedicated to driving significant growth in the IoT market. Your role will involve conducting design and development to build and optimize AI software, including working on AI frameworks like OpenVINO and contributing to external frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
Responsibilities
- Implement various distributed algorithms such as model/data parallel frameworks, parameter servers, and dataflow based asynchronous data communication in machine learning and deep learning frameworks.
- Transform computational graph representation of neural network models.
- Develop machine learning and deep learning primitives in mathematical libraries.
- Profile distributed deep learning models to identify performance bottlenecks and propose solutions across individual component teams.
- Optimize code for various computing hardware backends.
- Interact with machine learning and deep learning researchers.
Qualifications
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in complex software validation and testing, including design of various test types: performance, stress, integration, compatibility, portability, etc.
- Experience in test automation, Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Delivery (CD).
- Working knowledge of the Linux operating system.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash.
- Experience with Version Control Systems (Git, GitHub, or others).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Additional Advantages
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience in Web/UI validation automation (Selenium or others).
- Knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms.
- ISTQB certificate.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances, the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
