The Role
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Dataroots, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing advanced AI solutions. You will be responsible for building machine learning models that are robust and production-ready, optimizing company processes across various sectors. Your role involves experimenting with different approaches to ensure the delivery of best-in-class solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Research, design, and code AI solutions.
- Develop and implement statistical and machine learning models.
- Collaborate with data engineers and cloud architects on projects.
- Control and optimize the performance of model outputs.
- Deploy ML models and manage MLOps processes.
- Communicate complex solutions clearly to stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate in a quantitative field.
- At least 2 years of experience in machine learning and big data.
- Proficiency in Python; knowledge of SQL, R, or Scala is a plus.
- Experience in deploying ML models and expertise in MLOps.
- Basic understanding of cloud engineering.
- Strong communication skills and a pragmatic problem-solving approach.
