As a Senior Product Manager, you will be pivotal in leading the product development process for our cutting-edge crypto trading tools. Our platform facilitates over $400 billion in trading volume across 14 exchanges, offering a variety of trading bots and strategies.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize initiatives and tasks, considering necessary trade-offs.
- Lead iterative product development and rapid hypothesis testing.
- Understand market needs and validate product ideas through metrics and user interviews.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis.
- Measure product market fit and achieve target metrics.
- Make decisions based on analytical data.
- Communicate effectively with technical teams to set clear tasks.
- Collaborate with the business development team to transform requirements into a clear product vision.
- Visualize and convey the product vision to designers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience, specifically in crypto trading.
- Strong analytical skills and effective organization of information.
- Experience in hypothesis testing and understanding of product metrics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level.
