Join JetBrains as a Product Manager in AI Code Completion
At JetBrains, we are passionate about code and strive to create the world’s most robust and effective developer tools. We are currently seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our AI team and drive the success of our AI code completion feature across both JetBrains and external IDEs.
Responsibilities
- User Feedback: Collect and analyze user feedback from both internal and external sources to identify problems and opportunities for improvement.
- Product Metrics: Define and monitor target product metrics for code completion to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Market Research: Conduct UX and market research to gain insights and learn from other projects' successes and failures.
- Hypothesis Testing: Generate, prioritize, and test hypotheses to improve the product.
- Trend Monitoring: Keep up to date with other code completion solutions on the market and follow new trends.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, analysts, researchers, technical writers, and marketing and product managers from various JetBrains teams.
Requirements
- Experience: At least three years of proven experience in product management, preferably within the tech products sector.
- Technical Skills: A deep understanding of product metrics and strong research skills. Familiarity with programming languages and modern software development practices.
- Communication: Proficient in English with strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Education: A technical education or software development experience is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing AI-based products.
- Excitement about AI and the LLM field.
- Previous use of IDEs and code completion tools in day-to-day work.
