Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Owner with a strong background in crypto trading to join our innovative team at 3Commas.io. This role is pivotal in steering the development and execution of trading products within our dynamic, data-driven crypto trading project.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the goals of the crypto trading project.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless product integration and performance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and user feedback to make informed decisions for product enhancements and optimizations.
- User Experience (UX) and Design: Collaborate with UX and design teams to enhance the user experience of trading platforms and products.
- Agile Development: Drive product development using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Skills and Qualifications
- Product Management: Proven experience in product ownership and management in a crypto trading or related environment.
- Cryptocurrency Trading: In-depth knowledge and understanding of crypto trading concepts and market dynamics.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to achieve common goals.
- Data-Driven Approach: Proficiency in utilizing data analytics for product decision-making.
- User Experience (UX): Understanding of UX principles and collaboration with design teams.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience in driving product development using Agile methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
