About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager at Bolt, you will be pivotal in driving the growth and adoption of our Grocery Delivery service. Your main objective will be to develop and implement a comprehensive product vision, strategy, and roadmap at a domain level. This will involve discovering and validating strategies to scale our Grocery Delivery service by identifying and addressing adoption barriers and tailoring the customer experience to optimize business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Craft and validate the product strategy for Grocery Delivery, aligning it with Bolt's broader business objectives.
- Metrics and Analysis: Define and track key performance metrics to measure success and iterate on the product based on data insights.
- Experimentation: Design experiments to inform strategic decisions and product positioning, supported by your analytics partners.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across domains such as Marketing, Design, Category Management, Store Operations, and Supply Chain to implement solutions that may require complex operational changes.
- Leadership and Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for product-related matters within your domain, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leading the product development process from concept to launch.
About You
- Experience: Proven track record as a Senior Product Manager, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment, with a focus on B2C products.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of customer needs and business metrics.
- Characteristics: Drive, intelligence, and integrity are key. You should have great customer empathy and the ability to translate qualitative insights into actionable plans.
