Meta is at the forefront of AI innovation, and we are excited to offer a full-time position for a Senior Product Manager focused on AI. This role is integral to the development of our next-generation machine learning platform, which will power GenAI workflows, including Llama development and recommendation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive Product Vision: As the primary driver, you will identify significant near and long-term opportunities in a large product area, developing product vision, strategies, and roadmaps in alignment with broader organizational goals.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), develop roadmaps, and guide the team through key milestones.
• Product Development: Lead product development with teams of world-class engineers and designers, ensuring team health and alignment with Meta’s strategic and competitive position.
• Metrics and Analysis: Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Drive decision-making through user insights, quantitative analysis, and AB testing.
• Adaptability: Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management and/or product design experience.
• Proven experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, and user research teams.
• Experience navigating through the full product life-cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution.
• Experience presenting to senior executive audiences.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience writing ML models in PyTorch.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical leadership skills.

Compensation

• Salary: $171,000/year to $238,000/year
• Additional Compensation: Bonus and equity
