Senior Product Manager - AI [PyTorch, Training, Inference]

Job Overview

Meta is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our AI team in New York, NY. This role is pivotal in driving the development of our next-generation machine learning platform, which will power GenAI workflows, including Llama development and recommendation workflows. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of AI innovation, working on large-scale generative AI and recommendation models.

Key Responsibilities

Product Vision and Strategy: Lead the identification of significant near and long-term opportunities in a large product area. Develop and drive product vision, strategies, and roadmaps in alignment with broader organizational goals.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with world-class engineers and designers to drive product development while maintaining team health. Work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, coordinate resources, and guide the team through key milestones.
Performance Metrics: Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics to drive decision-making through user insights, quantitative analysis, and A/B testing.
Innovation and Execution: Demonstrate initiative and execute with limited oversight. Bring clarity and structure to ambiguous opportunities and maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment.

Minimum Qualifications

8+ years of product management and/or product design experience.
Proven experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, and user research teams.
Experience navigating through the full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution.
Strong presentation skills with experience presenting to senior executive audiences.
BA/BS in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience writing machine learning models in PyTorch.
Critical thinking and analytical leadership experience.

Compensation

Salary Range: €171,000 - €238,000 per year
Additional Compensation: Bonus and equity
