About the Role

As a Backend Team Lead at Similarweb, you will be at the forefront of leading a dynamic team dedicated to developing large-scale solutions using cutting-edge technologies. What You Will Do

Lead a Growing Team: Build and lead a new team, providing technical mentoring, supporting personal growth, and driving execution.
Agile Solutions: Work in a startup-like environment delivering Agile solutions.
Tech Mastery: Design, code, and manage large-scale, highly available services using technologies like .NET Core, Python, Spark, and React, all on AWS with CI/CD on Kubernetes.
Innovate: Lead the design of complex applications within a Big Data environment, tackling challenging server-side issues.
Collaborate: Work closely with Product Managers and other Team Leaders to plan and implement an efficient development process.
Problem-Solve: Tackle tough problems and find creative solutions.

What We’re Looking For

Leadership Experience: 1+ year of experience leading engineering teams
Coding Skills: Proficiency in OOP languages like C#, Python, Java, Go, etc.
Tech Enthusiast: Eager to take on challenges and learn new technologies.
Code Quality: Passion for clear code, product usability, and robust architectures.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various technical teams.
Hands-On Leader: You love to be in the thick of it, leading by example.
