Your Role
As a Senior Ruby/Ruby on Rails Engineer/Developer, you will:
- Collaborate with other developers to create, deploy, and maintain the Merchant Deal Creation Platform and Tools.
- Maintain and implement features for internal services.
- Review pull requests (PRs) and oversee system design.
- Build, implement, and manage product modules along with their sub-systems.
- Test products to eliminate bugs and ensure functionality.
- Conduct unit testing and integration analysis.
- Ensure consistency between delivered product features and business requirements.
What We Are Looking For
- MTech or BTech in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Ruby Engineer/Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and UI/UX standards.
- Robust understanding of web development and API development.
- Proficient in creating automated test cases, threading, performance tuning, and offline storage.
- Familiarity with the Agile development lifecycle.
- Experience with Jenkins, Git, and other version control tools.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
