About the Role
As a Senior Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the Sweat Wallet app, aiming to make it the best multichain mobile wallet on the market. You will work with a team of talented developers to design and develop robust Ruby & Rails APIs, ensuring the app's stability and performance for millions of users.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust Ruby & Rails APIs.
- Translate unclear product requirements into stable, clear, deployed features.
- Work autonomously to determine what needs to be done and why, with minimal oversight.
- Ensure new app behaviors are covered by specs to maintain stability.
- Collaborate on high-load projects involving cross-functional teams.
- Balance perfect code with fast delivery.
Required Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience in Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL, Redis, and SQL.
- Strong back-end web development skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects with little oversight.
- Experience in high-load project environments.
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
