Role Overview

As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse minds globally. Your role will be pivotal in supporting our machine learning experts to design, develop, and evaluate data-driven models and analytical solutions for machine learning (ML) and natural language (NL) applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Support ML Experts: Collaborate with machine learning experts to design, develop, and evaluate data-driven models and analytical solutions.
• Code Quality: Maintain a clean codebase by conducting code reviews, writing tests, and utilizing continuous integration.
• Optimize ML Solutions: Enhance the development, productive use, and maintenance of ML solutions.

Required Skills and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field from an accredited university, or a High School Diploma/GED with significant experience.
• Experience: At least 4 years of experience in the software industry, with a strong background in Python programming and at least 2 years of experience with PyTorch.
• Additional Qualifications: A Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. Experience with AI and machine learning technologies and platforms such as PyTorch Lightning, TorchServe, Apache Spark, and MLflow is advantageous.

Location

This position is based in Austin, Pennsylvania, with a hybrid work model.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: €119,076 - €145,537 annually.
