About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer at Agoda, you will be part of a dynamic and innovative team that is responsible for building and maintaining our full stack web and mobile applications. This role is based in Bangkok, Thailand, and we provide relocation assistance to ensure a smooth transition for you and your family.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable and robust full stack applications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate various components and respond to requirements.
- Implement front-end and back-end changes for performance optimization and feature enhancements.
- Conduct A/B testing to ensure that the changes meet the desired metrics.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure the applications are visually appealing and offer a great user experience.
- Mentor junior developers and help them grow their skills.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with mobile development on Android and iOS platforms.
- Proficiency in performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
