Role Overview
Join our engineering team in Berlin as a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer. You'll be part of the team developing the Cresta Director, a product providing deep insights into customer conversations for call center managers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers to define product requirements.
- Design software architecture to meet these requirements.
- Write and maintain high-quality code for both front and back ends.
- Implement synchronous and asynchronous design patterns.
- Scale distributed applications and integrate various CI/CD tools.
- Enhance engineering productivity and apply ML techniques (no prior ML engineering experience required).
Qualifications We Value
- Experience with modern front-end ecosystems and frameworks like React.js.
- Proficiency in building robust APIs and understanding of Websockets, REST, and RPC frameworks.
- Knowledge of database schema design and query performance optimization.
- Familiarity with application performance monitoring and building observability into applications.
- Preferably extensive coding experience in TypeScript and Go.
- Excellent communication skills.
