Senior Software Engineer - Drift Buyer Experience
Location: Remote - Poland
The Opportunity
Join Salesloft as a Senior Software Engineer on the Drift Buyer Experience team, where you'll be at the forefront of transforming global buying experiences through innovative conversational AI tools. This role is pivotal in redefining how businesses communicate with buyers, focusing on real-time interactions and adaptive AI.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and grooming sessions.
- Code and develop new features.
- Review code from teammates.
- Provide ongoing support for the product in production.
- Create infrastructure to process billions of messages, identifying buyer intent and prioritizing conversations.
What We're Looking For
We seek passionate individuals with a strong background in building large-scale web applications. You should be proficient in Java and React, with a focus on Dropwizard and some experience with Spring Boot. Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Postgres, Elastic Search, and Kafka is essential.
The Team
You'll be part of a close-knit group of engineers, PMs, and designers focused on real-time interactions and innovative messaging tools. Our team values transparency, collaboration, and continuous learning, fostering an environment that feels like a small garage band.
Within One Month, You'll:
- Attend Salesloft’s New Hire Orientation.
- Begin 1:1’s with your manager and be assigned to a development team.
- Set your OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager.
- Regularly commit production code.
Within Three Months, You'll:
- Be knowledgeable of your team’s surface area.
- Take significant ownership of developing a new feature.
Within Six Months, You'll:
- Be a lead contributor to team planning and execution.
- Mentor engineers on engineering practices and coding standards.
