About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Integrations Engineering team at Attentive. This role is pivotal in building a platform that integrates with our top partners, supporting the processing of 50,000 customer events and 100,000 webhooks per second. You will be responsible for ensuring the code quality, scalability, reliability, and performance of our consumer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Management to meet user needs without compromising on quality or accruing technical debt.
- Implement proactive measures to prevent regressions through various testing techniques.
- Advocate for and contribute to long-term improvements in project quality.
- Architect applications for high scale and maintain a high bar of quality.
About You
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience with web technologies.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Java, Python, or Go. Experience with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Architecture: Proven track record in architecting applications for high scale.
- Quality: Strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in software development.
- Innovation: Excited by new technologies and conscious of choosing them for the right reasons.

- Backend: Java / Spring Boot microservices, DynamoDB, Pulsar, AirFlow, Postgres, Planetscale, Redis, hosted via AWS.
