About the Role
Join Exclaimer as a Senior Software Engineer in our Engineering department, where you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to developing high-quality software solutions. This role is based in Coimbra, Portugal, and offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to balance work between home and the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement high-quality, well-tested, and peer-reviewed solutions.
- Design and develop software for the end-to-end testing lifecycle, including tools, frameworks, and automated tests.
- Apply specialist technical knowledge to create/modify solutions serving millions of requests daily.
- Work closely with Product Management and Engineering Managers to identify and solve technical problems.
- Continuously improve performance, code quality, and architecture of the solution.
- Support knowledge propagation and technical best practices within the development team.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
- Strong experience in back-end engineering using the latest version of .NET and C#.
- Proficiency in Docker, Microservice Architecture, Unit and Automation testing, and Azure technologies.
- Experience with SMTP, MIME, email processing, and high-performance C# applications is desirable.
- Excellent diagnostics and debugging skills.
- History of working in a fast-paced SaaS environment with high-frequency incremental delivery.
