About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer at SimCorp, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our configuration management solutions. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on improving the quality and speed of our services through automation and visualization techniques. This position requires a deep understanding of mission-critical software and tools, and you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our BPaaS business line.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Implement Solutions: Develop secure and compliant solutions for efficient configuration management using visualization tools and streamlined business processes.
- Automation and Monitoring: Ensure fully automated monitoring, testing, optimal performance, and scalability of the developed solutions.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues to maintain the integrity and performance of our systems.
- Mentorship: Share knowledge with team members and mentor new colleagues to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.
What We Value
- Proficiency in C#: At least 3 years of experience is essential.
- Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with Azure or other cloud platforms and related technologies.
- Infrastructure as Code: Familiarity with Bicep or Terraform.
- Database Knowledge: Basic understanding of Cosmos DB.
- Frameworks and Practices: Experience with logging application frameworks, function apps, TDD, and Agile practices.
- Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills are required.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work both individually and collaboratively within a team.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
