Job Overview

You will receive significant mentoring and coaching to help prioritize and unblock work, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, secure, and compliant solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, Develop, and Test: Create features, experiences, and solutions for highly scalable services. Ensure the development of high-quality, secure, and compliant solutions.
- Support Services: Maintain highly available services used by millions of users daily. Analyze feature performance in production to enhance the product.
- Collaboration: Pair and participate in code reviews with other engineers. Work with partner teams to meet engineering goals in a unified manner.
- Security and Compliance: Contribute to improving the security rigor of our system to be best-in-world.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Solid technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Preferred
- Strong system design and algorithmic skills.
- Good knowledge of data structures.
- Solid debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with building cloud-scale infrastructure components.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, C#, and PowerShell or other scripting technologies (Python, GO).

- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
