Job Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scenarios for our customers, particularly in our big government sovereign environments. You will receive significant mentoring and coaching to help prioritize and unblock work, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, secure, and compliant solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, Develop, and Test: Create features, experiences, and solutions for highly scalable services. Ensure the development of high-quality, secure, and compliant solutions.
- Support Services: Maintain highly available services used by millions of users daily. Analyze feature performance in production to enhance the product.
- Collaboration: Pair and participate in code reviews with other engineers. Work with partner teams to meet engineering goals in a unified manner.
- Security and Compliance: Contribute to improving the security rigor of our system to be best-in-world.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Solid technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Preferred
- Strong system design and algorithmic skills.
- Good knowledge of data structures.
- Solid debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with building cloud-scale infrastructure components.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, C#, and PowerShell or other scripting technologies (Python, GO).
Additional Requirements
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
