Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Utilize technical fluency to evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and vendor products for project implementation.
- Monitor project progress, adjusting plans and schedules as needed, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical program management, leading complex technology projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in analytical reasoning and problem-solving.
- Strong technical fluency with current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies.
- Proficient in stakeholder management, establishing productive working relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with project management, executing projects successfully.
- Understanding of CORE Process, Risk and Controls framework.
- Knowledge of Data Protection, Audit, Regulatory and Compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
