Job Overview
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Professional Services Scale Team. This role involves managing short-duration projects, typically requiring less than 10 days of total effort. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for handling all deployment resources and ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget. This position reports to the Prisma Access Activation Team Manager and is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to join a fast-growing company in a truly international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a project load of approximately 40 projects simultaneously.
- Determine customer and project contacts from the Statement of Work.
- Identify and assign resources needed for project engagements.
- Establish project kickoff calls and start dates in conjunction with project stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Ensure all team members, both internal and customer, understand the project scope and their responsibilities.
- Maintain schedules for task completion and team meetings.
- Coordinate and communicate schedule information to the project team.
- Create and execute project work schedules, revising them as necessary to meet changing needs.
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Track and report team hours and expenses weekly.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong project management background with a proactive approach to driving results.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills, including tool utilization (spreadsheets, project management tools, mind maps), information capture, attention to detail, and prioritization.
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in the Spanish language is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree required.
