Our team has successfully launched AI-powered indexes, data integrity products, and the world’s first AI-powered option listing system. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join us as a Junior Project Manager in the vibrant tech hub of Vilnius, Lithuania.

Role Overview

As a Junior Technical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the latest AI advances solve real challenges in capital markets and drive inclusive and transparent economic growth worldwide. This position is perfect for someone passionate about technology, AI, and machine learning, looking to kickstart their project management career in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing and coordinating project activities to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan project timelines, set goals, and track progress.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support the project manager in identifying risks, issues, and dependencies, and help develop mitigation strategies.
• Organize and facilitate team meetings, providing meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.
• Act as a liaison between team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure effective communication.
• Assist in the implementation of project management tools and methodologies to enhance project efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant work experience.
• Strong interest in tech, AI, and machine learning with a desire to learn and grow in this field.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana is desirable.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
