Job Overview
Citi is seeking an experienced Apps Dev Tech Lead Analyst to join our team in Irving, Texas. This role is pivotal in leading the development of complex, high-volume, self-service internet applications using cutting-edge technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of internet applications with Microservices, APIs, JSON, and REST web services.
- Analyze user needs and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Build cloud-enabled software applications using Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Docker, Kubernetes, SpringBoot, Java, J2EE, and Spring Framework.
- Ensure continuous integration and deployment of software applications using Jenkins.
- Utilize MongoDB, Oracle, Hibernate, SQL, and NoSQL for database management.
- Perform coding, testing, and debugging using Gherkin, Cucumber, JUnit, and Mockito.
- Use BitBucket for version control and parallel development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure application enhancements align with technology roadmaps.
- Monitor system performance and provide user and operational support.
- Stay updated with industry trends to ensure the use of cutting-edge technologies.
- Support the implementation of Agile methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development roles such as Software Engineer, Programmer Analyst, or Microservices Developer.
- Proficiency in Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Docker, Kubernetes, SpringBoot, Java, J2EE, and Spring Framework.
- Experience with Jenkins, MongoDB, Oracle, Hibernate, SQL, and NoSQL.
- Familiarity with Microservices, APIs, JSON, REST, Apache Kafka, and Agile SCRUM.
- Strong skills in Gherkin, Cucumber, JUnit, and Mockito.
