Job Overview
As a Senior Webflow Developer at Whiteboard, you will be a pivotal member of our Web Studio team, collaborating with strategists, designers, and developers to create award-winning websites. Your role will involve consulting on content strategy and design, developing projects in Webflow, conducting quality assurance, and documenting builds for client handoff. You will also mentor junior team members and champion best practices within the team.
Responsibilities
- Build fully functional Webflow websites from Figma designs.
- Make edits and extend the functionality of existing Webflow sites.
- Integrate JavaScript libraries with Webflow to enhance functionality.
- Write and debug custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery) to add features to websites.
- Build and document complex CMS structures in Webflow.
- Create client-friendly CMS structures for easy content editing.
- Execute thorough quality assurance across devices and browsers.
- Mentor junior developers and assist other team members with project polishing and launch preparations.
- Consult with strategists and designers to develop innovative solutions.
- Assist in project management, including development scope estimation and budget management.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in building websites using Webflow.
- Advanced proficiency in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with GSAP or other animation techniques.
- Familiarity with tools like Asana, Slack, GitHub, Figma, and the Adobe Suite.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, site performance, and accessibility best practices.
