As a Software Developer Intern, you will be part of a 12-week program designed to equip you with practical skills, invaluable knowledge, and technical tools that will set you up for success in the world of software development and trading.
What You’ll Do
- Ownership of Critical Projects: From the start, you will take ownership of projects that are crucial to our trading success. This includes developing ultra-low latency exchange protocol encoders and decoders, and fine-tuning our automated trading strategies and pricing models.
- Fast-Paced Development Cycle: Experience the excitement of a fast-paced development cycle, where you will test and ship your code to production. You could be working on a change to a trading system in the morning and see it running live in the afternoon.
- Collaborative Culture: Work closely with traders and other developers to identify and solve problems that make a tangible impact on the business.

- Technical Knowledge: Knowledgeable about object-oriented design and development concepts, with experience in C++, C#, Java, or Rust.

Eligibility
- Education: A penultimate or pre-penultimate university student studying Computer Science, Software/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering, or a similarly technical degree.
- Work Rights: An Australian or New Zealand Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident, or able to provide evidence of full working rights.
