The Team
The Digital Engagement Team is dedicated to enabling agents and supervisors to manage digital interactions like email, chat, SMS, and social media seamlessly. We integrate digital channels with voice solutions to deliver exceptional omnichannel experiences, maintaining a personalized human touch.
Role Purpose
As a Software Engineer II, you will develop and maintain software solutions that integrate digital channels with the contact center’s voice solutions. Your work will help create seamless customer journeys across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Understand and apply various programming languages and frameworks.
- Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code, following best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, using problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance customer experiences and ensure software quality.
- Stay updated on new technologies and methodologies in software development.
Skills, Competencies, and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Java development, including RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency in web development technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with server-side technologies and databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Knowledge of web security best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
