Datadog is seeking talented interns to join our engineering team in Madrid. As a Software Engineer Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on high-scale metrics, logs, and application data, contributing to our real-time systems that serve over 28,000 customers globally.
What You’ll Do:
- Solve Scaling Bottlenecks: Work on critical services to support Datadog's expanding customer base.
- Deploy New Features: Contribute to projects that have a tangible impact on our users.
- Develop Your Tech Stack: Gain experience with technologies like Kubernetes and Bazel, while receiving mentorship from industry-leading engineers.
- Collaborate and Grow: Work alongside a diverse cohort of interns in a fun and collaborative environment.
Who You Are:
- Education: You are pursuing a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, and will graduate in 2025.
- Technical Skills: You have strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and software design, and are comfortable coding in one or more programming languages.
- Work Ethic: You are a self-starter who enjoys solving complex problems and collaborating with other engineers.
- Availability: You are available for a full-time or part-time internship starting in February or March 2025, and can work from the Datadog Madrid office for part-time opportunities.
