Your Impact

• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Present designs to the technology team, breaking down tasks and deliverables.
• Lead with engineering best practices and make decisions based on metrics.
• Define the architecture for systems with a clear vision for both short- and long-term business needs.
• Promote a culture of quality, accountability, autonomy, and open communication across teams.
• Coach and mentor junior developers, ensuring your team meets deadlines.
• Uphold strong levels of integrity for accuracy, data quality, and uptime, as we handle real people's money.

What You Bring

• Experience: 6+ years of experience building scalable, microservice-based front end components using JavaScript frameworks.
• Education: A B.A. / B.S. degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
• Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in modern tech stacks, including atomic architecture, React components, GraphQL, Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS.
• Ownership: A strong sense of pride in your work and a commitment to excellence.
• Communication: Superb communication skills, with the ability to listen and share perspectives effectively.
• Resilience: Determination to achieve success despite challenges.
• Assurance: Confidence in your knowledge base and openness to differing perspectives.
