Job Description
Join our center of excellence in Paris, specializing in infrastructure and cloud services. As a Tech Lead DevOps, you will play a crucial role in defining and constructing DevOps toolchains to maximize business value for agile squads. You will bring expertise in DevOps practices, including integration, testing, and continuous deployment.
Responsibilities
- Provide vision and guide the design and construction of DevOps toolchains across five major disciplines:
- Demand Management
- Collaboration (wiki, chatops)
- Continuous Integration (source code management, compilation, packaging, orchestration)
- Configuration Management and Continuous Deployment (PaaS, CaaS, IaaS)
- Automated Testing (unit, static analysis, integration, functional)
- Supervise developments, organize code reviews, and ensure the proper application of DevOps practices.
- Guarantee the drafting of functional and technical specifications for DevOps toolchains.
- Stay informed of market trends to propose relevant evolutions for DevOps toolchains.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent university degree with a specialization in computer science.
- Strong mastery of DevOps technical components from demand management to production (Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Nexus, ChatOps, Jenkins, Sonarqube, Selenium, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Development skills are not a prerequisite, but proficiency in coding or scripting is a real asset (Python, Ajax, Php, Net, iOS, Java, JavaScript).
- Experience in software testing and integration environments, with good knowledge of Linux systems and associated architectures.
- Experience in Agile project methodologies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily meetings, reviews, retrospectives).
- Strong collaboration, communication, and adaptability skills, with a client-oriented approach and attention to detail.
