Overview
GitGuardian, a leading cybersecurity startup based in Paris, is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing and growing a team of talented software engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet our business needs.
Responsibilities
- Team Management: Lead a team of software engineers across various levels, from junior to staff. Manage the team's performance, set goals, and ensure they are met.
- Software Development: Participate in the design and implementation of new features. Work closely with product managers, tech leads, and senior management to align the team's technical strategy with GitGuardian's business objectives.
- Mentorship: Mentor team members, helping them grow their technical skills and career paths. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
- Recruitment: Support ongoing recruitment efforts to adapt to changing business needs and promote internal mobility.
Technical Skills
- Extensive experience with Python and familiarity with frameworks like Django, Flask, or Spring Boot.
- Frontend Development: Experience with frontend technologies such as React or Angular.
- Microservices Architecture: Proficiency in building systems using microservices or monolithic architectures as needed.
