Job Overview
As a Tech Lead Frontend at Lyreco France, you will play a pivotal role in leading the frontend development efforts for our dynamic and international team. Located in Valenciennes, France, this position offers a hybrid work model, combining the flexibility of remote work with the collaborative environment of our office.
Main Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Lead the frontend development team, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered in line with enterprise architecture guidelines.
- Software Design and Implementation: Support the design and implementation of software according to best practices such as Clean Code and DDD/BDD/TDD.
- Team Support and Development: Act as both a technical and human leader, supporting the team's growth and facilitating effective communication with stakeholders.
- Knowledge Sharing: Promote and support knowledge sharing for frontend tools and technologies, and contribute actively to the Community of Practice.
- Technological Advancements: Stay updated with market trends and implement relevant technologies to benefit the team and product.
- Recruitment and Talent Retention: Assist the Team Manager in recruiting and retaining talented team members.
Qualifications & Skills
- Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Frontend Tech Lead, with a proven track record in mentoring developers.
- Technical Expertise: Strong fundamentals in software design and development, with extensive experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks like Next.js, React, and Angular.
- Project Management: Experience with Agile methodologies and the ability to manage projects effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, essential for leading a team and interacting with stakeholders.
