Join Our Engineering Team as a Senior DevOps Engineer
LumApps is seeking a talented and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. Based in either Tassin-la-Demi-Lune or Paris, you will play a crucial role in the complete overhaul of our infrastructure, which hosts the LumApps product. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a multi-cloud platform using cutting-edge technologies like Kubernetes and Terraform.
Your Responsibilities
- Automate and Industrialize: You will be responsible for automating and industrializing the setup and administration of our multi-cloud platform (Azure and GCP) based on Kubernetes and deployed with Terraform.
- Performance and Stability: As our product usage grows, you will address performance, stability, and cost issues to ensure a robust platform.
- Tooling and Deployment: Build and enhance the tooling chain for product deployment and development, ensuring seamless integration and operation.
- DevOps Principles: Support development teams from architecture design to product deployment, emphasizing DevOps principles such as Infrastructure as Code and "you build it, you run it."
- Cross-Engineering Projects: Propose and lead cross-engineering projects, including the introduction of new technologies and tool updates.
- On-Call Support: Participate in periodic on-call duties to ensure the smooth operation of the site outside of business hours.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Kubernetes and Cloud: Proficiency in Kubernetes and experience with public clouds like Azure, Google, or Amazon.
- Automation Tools: Experience with infrastructure automation tools (IaC, GitOps).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python or another high-level programming language.
- Communication: Comfortable with English, both spoken and written.

You will work with technologies such as Kubernetes, Terraform, Python, Golang, ElasticSearch, PostgreSQL, GitHub, Hashicorp Vault, Redis, Google Cloud Platform, and Azure.
