We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team in Paris, France. Responsibilities
- Work end-to-end on the ML lifecycle, from data exploration to model operationalization.
- Partner with different teams and domains on crafting, explaining, and implementing ML models.
- Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and product teams in a multi-functional environment.
- Lead sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and code reviews.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, embracing new tools and frameworks.
- Mentor and guide team members through technology architecture and implementation details.
- Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in engineering.
- Participate in hiring and interviewing to grow the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Science or Engineering related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in a senior engineering role.
- Ability to lead and mentor a small team of developers.
- Excellent communication skills for both customer-facing and internal team interactions.
- Experience delivering software using agile development methodologies.
- Fluency in Python programming and willingness to learn new languages and technologies.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Proficiency in modern DevOps tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with modern machine learning tools like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or SKLearn.
- Experience with Kubernetes is a strong plus.
- Fluency in English.
