Role Overview
As a Tech Lead at Qliro, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge web and app solutions. Your primary focus will be leading the design of technical solutions that align with our overarching strategies. You will guide your team's development activities, helping to break down tasks and estimate efforts needed to achieve your goals.
You will ensure that the team's solutions adhere to Qliro’s guidelines and meet regulatory and security standards. Additionally, you will implement tactics to improve and maintain code quality. You will also communicate the product team’s target architecture and vision to the team and support the Product Manager with technical perspectives in their discovery, planning, and stakeholder management.

What We Look For
- Proficiency in React / React Native.
- Leadership skills to inspire and guide the team.
- Experience with agile engineering methods and software engineering best practices.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
- Experience with experimentation and A/B testing.
- Understanding of system design, data structures, API development, and algorithms.
- Experience with authentication is beneficial.
