Your Mission

• Chart the Course: Lead in technical decisions, take overall responsibility for our technical architecture, and ensure everyone is on the same page.
• Raise the Bar: By introducing new technologies and methods, you enhance the efficiency and quality of our work.
• Share Knowledge: Be a patient mentor who actively helps the team grow and improves code quality through constructive feedback and advice.
• Solve Problems: Proactively identify and manage technical risks, ensuring we stay ahead.
• Take Responsibility: In close collaboration with the Product Manager and UX Lead, ensure our projects are delivered on time and with high quality.
• See the Big Picture: Keep an eye on the current architecture and think ahead to ensure our solutions are robust, scalable, and sustainable over time.

Who You Are

• A Communication Star: You can easily explain complex technical concepts both in writing and verbally so that both other programmers and less technically savvy individuals understand.
• A Problem Solver: You actively participate in the initiation of new projects and initiatives. You understand business needs and can translate them into technical solutions that the team then brings to life together.
• Flexible and Humble: You are open to new ideas and ready to dive into coding and code reviews when needed.
• Experienced: You have a solid background in software development and a passion for sharing your knowledge.
• Interested in Media: If you have experience in news services or media and perhaps even use Omni or Omni Ekonomi yourself, we see that as a big plus.

Our Tech Stack

• DevOps Techniques and Infrastructure as Code: e.g., Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Web Development: JavaScript/TypeScript-based front-end, e.g., React.js/Next.js, and CSS (LESS/SaSS/BEM).
• Node/JS-based Back-end Development: e.g., Next.js, Express, PostgreSQL, RDS, SNS/SQS, Redis.
• App Development for Both iOS and Android: e.g., Swift, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Swift UI, UI kit.
