About the Role
As a Senior Tech Lead at Kvalifik, you will be at the forefront of digital innovation, leading a team of talented developers in creating cutting-edge solutions for a diverse range of clients. This role is perfect for someone who is tired of the same old technologies and is looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 5 full-stack developers, including project scoping and collaboration with project managers and UX designers.
- Continuously improve our tech stack and processes to ensure high-quality solutions.
- Hire new developers to expand the team.
- Spend about half of your time coding and the other half managing and leading projects.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of full-time experience as a full-stack developer.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with experience in React, Node.js, and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Docker, and CI/CD practices (e.g., GitHub Actions).
- Experience with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team in a professional environment.
- Fluent in Danish and professional English.
