As a key player, you'll lead the integration of AI and ML technologies to drive business value within internal teams, making processes more efficient, less complex, and highly productive. This includes optimizing triage processes with scalable and sustainable solutions to enhance our platform's efficiency and productivity. Additionally, your solutions will focus on making our platform more effective and user-friendly for hackers, enhancing their experience and ensuring seamless, efficient interactions.

What You Will Do

• Hit the Ground Running: A comprehensive 90-day onboarding program designed to familiarize you with the company, technology, context, and key stakeholders, ensuring you are fully productive by the end of the period.
• Become an AI Strategist: Analyze and improve HackerOne's AI approach, identifying areas to supercharge our customers’ security defenses.
• Code like a Champion: Write and optimize code to turn AI ideas into reality, accelerating our progress and delivering results.
• Partner with the Best: Collaborate with our elite hacker community and lead engineers to develop a groundbreaking machine learning roadmap.
• Empower Your Team: Mentor and coach fellow engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and growing the next generation of security AI experts.

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years experience building production software systems
• Experience building, integrating and deploying ML models in production environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Ruby/Rails experience
• Experience with Computer Security from a red team and/or blue team perspective
• Experience with ML Ops pipelines for continuous evaluation, improvement and deployment

Compensation Bands:

• Tier A: $216K – $255K
• Tier B: $194K – $243K
• Tier C: $183K – $229K
• Canada: CA$200K – CA$250K
