Join Procter & Gamble's Digital Experiences organization as a Software Engineer specializing in Python and FastAPI. Based in Warsaw, you will be part of our largest European IT hub, working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Your Role

As a Software Engineer, you will manage and develop software solutions that power over 100 IT applications and platforms. These solutions support digital touchpoints, including websites, mobile apps, and custom middleware. Your primary objective is to ensure that our solutions meet business needs and are delivered using industry-leading tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, integrate, and maintain cloud-native components written in Python (FastAPI) and JavaScript (React).
Utilize Azure Web Apps for Containers, Azure Functions, and other cloud services.
Support DevOps engineers in ensuring proper CI/CD processes are followed.
Establish and contribute to standards and best practices across product development teams.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in IT systems operations, development, or integration.
Strong Python development background.
Working knowledge of API integration.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to align priorities with multiple parties.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Systems/Industrial Engineering, Business/Management Information Systems, or Software Development.

Nice to Have

Experience in maintenance and lifecycle management of applications.
Experience with cloud-native software and eCommerce platforms (BigCommerce preferred).
Azure Fundamentals, Google Associate Cloud Engineer, or higher certifications.
