Overview
Join Five9 as an Associate Platform Engineer and embark on a journey to bring joy to customer experience. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow within the Professional Services Team, contributing to projects that enhance customer engagements through the Five9 Intelligent Cloud Contact Center.
Responsibilities
- Learn Five9 products and processes.
- Gain knowledge in detailed contact center terminology and processes.
- Understand the basics of contact center telephony.
- Participate in practice and production environment projects.
- Progress to more involved client project implementation work as knowledge develops.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 4-year college degree in computer sciences or related field preferred.
- Exposure to CRM applications is a plus.
- Ability to work remotely and learn effectively.
- Strong inquiry skills and a self-starter with excellent time management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Skills
- Strong technical aptitude for learning object-based development tools.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and peers.
- Experience with multiple development languages/tools is a plus.
Workplace Type
This role is fully remote for candidates residing at least 50 miles away from our San Francisco or San Ramon office locations. For candidates within 50 miles, the role will be hybrid.
Compensation and Benefits
- The US base salary range for this role is $53,800—$83,500 USD.
- Compensation packages are based on skill set, experience, and location.
- Annual performance bonuses, stock options, and other incentive plans may be available.
